Can make purchases at the MSFS2020 Market Place!

Hi, I can’t make purchases at the FS2020 Market Place! I keep getting a message
" Transaction in process " Try again later!

I think you meant “can’t”. You might want to amend your title etc.

Sometimes this is actually caused by a stuck transaction, and if that is the case, we can clear the transaction for you. This is more likely to be the case if you have attempted a purchase lately that did not seem to complete normally.

More often though, this error appears as a false flag when the cause is something to do with your payment information or there is an application/process that is preventing successful transmission of the information. Usually this is caused by antivirus/firewall software, but it can also be due to something seemingly unrelated such as Malwarebytes oir similar.

The troubleshooting steps will vary depending upon your platform.

I got the same problem and many other have. Still, MS/Zendesk are not able to provide any real solution for months. So…it seems you will keep your money :slight_smile:
