I have about the same PC as you, I9 13900K RTX4090 32Gb RAM 6400Mhz AIO Corsair Win11 and I have very good temperatures in flight, but when I activate HAGS and DX12 I have a CTD on long flights with A320 Fénix and when I disable HAGS and switch to DX11, I no longer have any problems.

HAGS ? I also switched to DX11. Running MSFS on max resolution and I think I had it in TAA .

I guess we can close this out.
MSFS is no longer crashing and the gremlins in my computer deemed I was worthy to have my flight radio working again. I am still having extreme FPS drops at times towards the end of the flight 
but at least I got my Tomcat back.

The problem returned but I was able to solve it. Apparently the MSFS update and Ai suite 3 do not play well together 
Once I turned off Ai suite 3, problem solved. Hopefully!! for good this time.
