Can not signal the tow plane to start takeoff (with rudder)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: The glider is not towed when the rudder is moved left and right, even though the wingwalker gives the signal for the towing aircraft.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

Spawn on the world map on an airport with the blue star

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. Free Flight

2. Select Glider and Airport with Blue Star

3. Start on the runway and wiggle rudder. No Takeoff

Does the tow plane throttle up? If so, are your brakes released?

It does neither throttle up, nor my brakes are set.

I tried the glider training afterwards. I had no problems there. Only in free flight I was not able to be town.

Same for me. No reaction plane and tow rope.
