I uninstalled MSFS hoping it will start working correctly ! no hope to re install ! I tried everything possible , I literally wiped out my computer. Every time I open microsfot store, and attempt to download, it gives me error, pleas help, I am tired of this!

I would suggest you maybe start with this official article on Zendesk for problems with the Microsoft store.
There also may be other articles on Zendesk that can help. If none of them work then there is guidance there on how to raise a support ticket with the official MSFS support, which is not handled through the forums.
