Whenever I write a number - the sim change it to a random number in the vicinity of what I wrote. I can’t set up a the IFR conditions needed.
It’s quite pointless to try and setting up IFR conditions anyway since the cloud base will still be like 1000 ft thick … IRL an aircraft disappears into the low clouds almost momentarily, meaning there is perhaps 100 ft vertical between full and zero ground visibility. The cloud technology in MSFS is inadequate, and such conditions cannot be set not even with the densest clouds.
It may be bug related to using hybrid settings for measurements. When I selected metric for my settings all became fine.
