Can somebody explain how to fly this approach chart

I can’t speak for the A320 and I don’t know how it works in real life. But MSFS seems to treat the RNAV Y approach as LNAV and it won’t intercept the glideslope till about 1.1 NM away from the runway. If the A320 has a managed decent ability, my guess is it would pick up the glideslope at that distance.
