If I try to delete a control profile I get a CTD. Is there a .cfg file I can edit instead?
Oh please, please: I hope you get an answer to this. I have the same issue. If I perform a deletion of the cloud save, that fixes the problem (temporarily) but wipes out ALL the existing control profiles as well. Took me a day to rebuild them. MS says the problem may occur by “a corrupted cloud save” that may occur if the sim shuts unexpectedly or loss of internet connection. Well, since MSFS2024 crashes so often, I’d like to know how to prevent that!
Is there some way to delete these unwanted profiles outside of the sim?
It is very sad to see that there has been no response from Asobo or anyone else on this matter that is driving every 2024 user totally nuts. Control profiles should be stored on the users PC and not on the Cloud.
No doubt you are far to busy fixing Career Mode!
