Description of the issue: in career mode there are no charter missions available. I have a cargo company with a C172 and a Caravan, as well as a flightseeing company with another C172. There are no private or VIP charter missions available anywhere on the map in employee mode, and I am unable to start a charter company without having first completed a charter mission. I have all required ATPL certifications.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? - every time in career mode

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
I unlocked the private charter specialization, that granted me the intro charter mission in career - the one on an island in the middle of the ocean you mentioned. When I went to do it, it spawned me in the middle of the water and immediately crashed. Since then there have been no charter missions available.
Oh no, sorry about that. That gold mission is a must before your VIP missions appear for use.
Loads of folks are having issues with this gold mission and not only in VIP, also medevac and cargo!
Try talking to Zendesk to see if they have a solution in the first instance. - otherwise try these because you do not want to have to reset your career.
Try emptying your cache via safe mode - loads of videos on youtube showing how. It wont destroy your progress. Then disable any addons you may have bought so far. You will re-enable them if your mission comes back or even if it does not and you want to fly free flight.
Failing all this, try uninstalling and re-installing - it also should not destroy progress.
Lastly, and the worst option - you will need to reset Career to start from the beginning and the buttons to do this are behind your avatar.
Well I have good news, some really good news, and some sad news lol
I booted my PS5 in safe mode and cleared the cache as you suggested. My PS5 restarted, and I launched MSFS. I opened career, filtered on charter missions, none available. But then I zoomed waaaaaaaay in on Uturoa, which is the location of the intro mission that crashed for me. And there it was!
So the good news is clearing the cache may have been the solution.
The really good news, I can get on my with charter career hahah
The sad news is we don’t know if it was clearing the cache, or just zooming way in on the location was the solution

You guys might need to look at this issue, it’s really letting career mode down. We aren’t seeing as many missions as we once did back pre SU5. It’s totally nerfed
