Was this solved? I can’t see other players or live traffic either (with them set to on).
Hi
After some playing about with my settings I now have labels showing for other players and ships/boats.
My Global Rendering Quality is mainly set to Ultra. The settings that seem to effect being able to see the labels are:
Global Rendering Quality: Air Traffic (I set mine to LOW)
Traffic Airport Quality I have set to OFF).
ONLINE: Aircraft Traffic Type I have set to Real-Time Online.
Multiplayer ON
Show Multiplayer Aircraft in Close Proximity: ON
FLIGHT INTERFACE: Show Traffic Nameplates: ON
Sorry, I’m late to the party…
I still can’t see players nameplates - but they are turned on.
Yeah, lower settings here (or more like medium). What do I need to do to see the labels? =/
This problem has to do with shaders, I did a fresh install of drivers loaded into a group flight and finally saw people but had stuttering so I closed the game deleted all shaders reloaded the game and I can’t see anyone.
Things have changed since one of the big updates. You now cannot see players on world map unless you have first entered that location then when you exit location you will see the green aircraft in that particular area on world map.
I have tried every thing for months and it seems they have just changed thow you see people. I guess it could be to reduce the chance of a troll interupting your flight by just taking a quick look at world map and seeing where people are, instead you have to enter that location first.
To see players you need to have it on ALL players, you will see LIVE players on ALL PLAYERS. If you have it on LIVE you will only see people with same weather/time settings as you.
