this would be very nice if I could change the voice of my pilot cuz it gets old listening to the same voice every time
My co pilot is a lady. Not sure how I did it, but it is possible…
Main screen - Options - General Settings - Misc. - Pilot and Co-pilot have 16 different avatars which can be selected, each has their own voice.

But i think that solution only works with Azure.
I am on windows speech packs because i got ctd’s with Azure voice.
But then i can’t change the woman voice by toggling the co-pilots character.
Did a test, as I wanted to see difference between Azure and OffLine. In the 2 scenarios, the voice of pilot managing the ATC has his/her voice changed depending on the Avatar.
With Offline mode, the voice looks like very young (and doesn’t fit my age ;)), not to mention that replies and exchanges are faster than with Azure
