cannot download USA-Points of Interest. I’ve tried to download this package in the content manager within game multiple times with and without VPN. Memory and disc space is not the issue.
Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
In the Marketplace, does the USA Update show as Owned?
Yes shows up as owned. When I try to download it the dowload gets to around 1.22 Gig then fails. As I’ve already said, i’ve tried with and without a VPN and ruled out disc space and any other system issues it could be. So I’m at a loss.
This is the first time I’ve had issues downloading anything since my first issue downloading the initial game on launch. It took nearly 2 months of back and forth to work out it was a Server issue in LA (It had a major meltdown literally) that my Australian ISP went through. Routing around that solved my original issues.
The whole downloading issues has somewhat dampened my enthusiasm I once had for the game and find myself with no excitement for updates at times
Sounds like a Zendesk issue then. I don’t know anything else it could be on your end.
Same for me and no solution…
Same for me until today… I was tried download it throught marketplace and hurra done 
it’s no more a problem for me. because i can’t even download the last VR uptdate ( loop like usual ) so i can’t run the game.
