Cannot enable DLSS 3.0

Just got an RTX 4090 and did a fresh install of W11 Pro and FS. I made sure HW Accelerated GPU Scheduling is enabled in Windows settings, rebooted, but I am unable to turn on DLSS 3.0. Running DX12 Beta, tried TAA, DLSS Super Resolution, tried turning reflex on. reflex+boost, vsync off, HDR off, ReBar enabled, nothing seems to let me turn on frame generation. It just stays greyed out. Latest nVidia drivers downloaded today. Even tried the current beta version of FS. Deleted UserCFG.opt as well. I see the option, it’s just greyed out. What am I missing here?

Ah never mind, I guess my searching for other topics related to this was not thorough enough. I found the following thread:

Dlss3 Frame Generation greyed out - Community Support / Tech Support - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums

Set the following to 1 in the usercfg.opt file:

DLSSG 1

Still, the end user should not have to edit configuration files to enable this feature.

With literally all settings maxed, including air, airport, and road traffic, I went from 15-20fps to 50-70fps in my test scenario.

I’ve seen some saying this only works with TAA enabled, but it seems to work fine when I have DLSS enabled as well.
