Hold short is often behind airplane, but cannot turn around without penalty
Description of the issue:
When landing on smaller airports, there is often no parallel taxi way. The hold short can be behind the plane. Because the game penalizes you for leaving the runway, even at taxi speed, I am forced to do a 15 point turn in order to get my plane turned around and back to the hold short.
