Cannot Find Flight Plan Folder for PMDG Flight Plans

Once you are on the flight deck of the 777, open the UFT and look for the EFB icon. Once you have your SimBrief account linked, you can then download directly from SimBrief the last flight plan you made in SimBrief. No need to manually enter the route into the FMC. You will have to manually select your SIDs, STARs and approach procedure. What follows is my process flow, in part, to give you an idea of how this works with minimal effort on our part:

  • ROUTE> <REQUEST<SIMBRIEF
  • <SET PAYLOAD, FUEL>
  • SELECT RTE> Performance Tool
  • Runway ID; chime <LOAD; wait
  • RWY, ACTIVATE> EXEC
  • DEP: RWY, SID, EXEC, <INDEX
  • ARR: APPR,STAR,TRANS, EXEC
  • RTE: RTE COPY>
  • LEGS, PLN: STEP & fix, MAP
  • RTE DATA> WIND DATA LOAD>
  • Wait for W> prompt then EXEC
  • FMC COMM <DES FCST<LOAD
  • INIT REF: PERF INIT DATA
  • ACCEPT> ZFW, THRUST LIM>
  • Performance Tool, SELECT RWY
  • Runway Cond: Wet, Dry, SN
  • Aircraft, Import from Aircraft
  • Flap Config & Rating OPTIMUM
  • A/I Config A/R, A/C ConfigAUTO
  • Import Weather, Calculate
  • Set Derate then…
  • Sel Temp: to SEL, compare N1
  • TAKEOFF> FLAPS, CG, CG
  • Compare TRIM, V1, Vr, V2
  • MCP: set V2; [FD] x2 on
