Description of the issue: Medevac tab is green in specialisation, filling all requirements already, but cannot find Medevac gold medal intro mission, thus cannot do medevac employee missions, also cannot buy medevac company license.

I am having the exact same issue, all other gold unlock missions show up, I have tried redoing the certs, obviously restarting the game and pc, waiting a week, clearing my rolling cache, it just will not show up.
This should be (or used to be) out of Courchevel Airport (ICAO:LFLJ) in the French Alps in the C208. In Employee not Freelance though.
I also looked online and it seems you guys are not the only ones missing the gold mission. It has been happening on and off for sometime.
Try contacting Zendesk to see if they have any solution.
I have the exact same issue.
they told me essentially that it’s a logged bug, so I have to just wait for either an all new sim update or a hotfix. Which is rather frustrating.
Hey Guys, New here. Literally just signed up because I was having the same problem and found a solution for myself at least hoping it helps everyone else. If you have legacy addons or 3rd party addons in your library. Disable them ALL. I couldn’t find the gold star mission for medevac, so I figured I’d try disabling everything and when I went back into career mode after disabling all. I got a nice big red popup " New specialization available medevac missions" Give it a shot hope it hels someone else at least.
Update: the medevac missions stay after you complete the gold star mission and re-enable your addons.
sadly did not work for me, unless someone knows something is in one of those big packs I did not see?
Ok so I decided to just disable literally everything the game would let me and it worked! ty

Hi. I’m in the same situation: Resetted my former Career-State (collected about 1 Billion..) and restarted. But no “golden unlock Flight”… What I did until now:
– empty Community-Folder
– disabled all addional planes usable for career-mode (P180, C404, …)
– disabled all 2020-contend
No success – what am I missing?
Edit: I finally really disabled “ALL CONTENT”, and the “New specialization” showed up!
It is a bug and needs to be fixed, that work around might not work for everyone. I am quite shocked that people found this workaround and removed their vote.
Agreed, guys please put your vote back, it is a bug and needs to be fixed because not everyone will find the workaround. There are many other sites that report this issue but do not join this forum.

I’m having the exact same issue. All certifications, specializations, etc., up to and including Medevac are green ticked. The yellow pulsating dot in the bottom corner of Specializations and Missions appears every time I go into Career mode, even after a mission flight. I have no legacy addons or third party addons. Any that are there are already disabled. I voted for the bug fix so hopefully that will help all of us. Thanks for the tips too. It’s nice to know I’m not the only one being driven crazy by this issue. Thanks again.
same here. I don’t have and never had any addons. no golden medevac mission. instead it spams me with golden “SPECIAL” missions to fly airliner charter. i dont want to play autopilot simulator with flying bricks…
and no medium cargo missions for the antonov an2 (from the MS store) either, despite being advertised as such… i only bought the thing cause i wanted to do medium cargo with a tail dragger 
Same I am playing MSFS 2024 via Xbox Game Pass on PC. I unlocked the “Medevac” and “VIP Charter” specializations simultaneously upon completing a career mission. The game successfully generated the VIP Charter gold mission, but the Medevac gold mission never appeared on my map.I have already completed both the initial VIP Charter intro flight and subsequent regular VIP Charter missions, but the Medevac icon remains completely missing. In my Pilot Profile > Specializations menu, Medevac is fully green and marked as “Completed,” but there is no gold icon (active or greyed out) anywhere on the world map. Please manually reset the Medevac specialization flag on my profile database so the introductory mission can regenerate.
Same here, the workaround marked above does not work for me. It is registered as bug-logged, so just vote it up, and hopefully it will be solved by next update.
Unfortunately, the original poster has marked it as solved which is clearly not.
At least I’m not the only one. I was tripping out last night. When I first started playing msfs I always did free flight, watched a lot of YouTube videos lol learning to fly the 737s. It dawned on me I did nothing it career. I grinded to unlock medovac cause they pay more and I wanted to save up for airline company… guess not lol
