Cannot launch due to: "Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x87E10BC6"

I got the error message and tried the following:

Made a sandwich. Result: no change.

Unlocked and re-locked my front door. Result: no change.

Hugged my cat. Result: I felt better! (but no change).

I still have a few ideas of things to try. Will report back with any further developments.

Same, I tired that as well. Didnt do anything.

Alongside hugging my dog, I also tried playing football and watched the rain, still no changes

on my xbox app (mobile, android) i get an error upon trying to view Microsoft flight simulator, and it doesn’t appear in the game pass section either. on PC it appears fine

Just had my son try it we are both store edition and windows 10 and his is doing exactly what mine did same message!

Same issue from PC / Store version which ran fine this morning

Same issue, multiple machines. On production, NOT on beta. This dependency sucks.

I can confirm FS 2020 is still down on the Xbox. You guys are lucky.
