Brief description of the issue:

I installed SU12Beta without any problems and it worked perfectly fine in the morning and later around 17:00, but now - 22:00 UTC I cannot launch MSFS - it first starts Microsoft Store Dependency Installer after which I got message titled “Search Support”, “Something happened on our end. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x87E10BC6” - I tried launching from Ms store and Xbox, but all failed.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Trying to launch game either from icon, ms store or Xbox App

PC specs and/or peripheral set up:

Updated Windows 10 Home, 22H2 19045.2673 , Ms Store version. AMD Ryzen 5 3600 , GeForce 3080TI.

As it is launch problem no event 1001 was recorded.

I just got this too, however I was able to start it via XBox app

yes with the last official release, not Beta version

Just hit me also a few minutes ago. No start possible, neither from Icon or XBOX Live MS Store.

Good to know, so it may be a more general server-side issue.

I cant start the sim. WHen I press the sim it opens an update permission and I say yes then I get the There’s a problem with Microsoft Flight Simulator and a code…

Same error with me by just clicking on FS icon on Pc. No Beta.

Update: Mine is working now, South Africa, (± 8 hours later) but the Market place is still unavailable, it’s the same thing that happened before the outage

The following error appears when I try to launch FS sim update 12 on the XSX

“Try a different game or app”

“Try again in a few minutes . If it’s still not working, select Check service status below. ( 0x87e10bc6)

All services appear to be running when I check Xbox Support
