Same here. Windows 11. Watching network traffic, I can see it connects here, and dies almost immediately afterward:
My sim was fine last night. I get home tonight to fire it up and I get this same error code. Nothing has changed since last night. This has to be an MSFS problem

The games also now not showing up on gamepass on the Xbox store. Not sure if it’s to do with that ?
Yeah, It’s ONLY MSFS. I tried launching the only other game I have on the Xbox App. (Halo: MCC) worked fine. (Granted I only have two games installed.)

Same here, didn’t touch the sim for a few days and not working what the hell is that ?!
I have the game with gamepass, I pay the gamepass for this game !

When opening the FS2020 program, the package dependency installer screen appears and then the error: “There was a problem on our system. This is the error code, in case you need it: 0x87E10BC6”

Add me to the list. SU12 beta was fine yesterday. Went to launch for a session today and this Search Support pops up…
Just don’t uninstall the game because it’ll tell you to subscribe to game pass if you have it. Been through a 30 minute call with Xbox support just to find this thread after I uninstalled it. Luckily it let me re install it
Had 2 flights earlier today, restarted the sim for a 3rd flight to start clean and now having this issue.
Over a 100 reply’s to this threat, at what point will it become a critical repair? ![]()

well, they clearly stated in the error message it was a problem on their.
In other words, they are aware and working the problem.
Best just to have patience and have a coffee…
We have already escalated this issue internally, and our support teams are looking into it. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we get this resolved.
