Hello! I am trying to load into DD KEWR. It seems that I cannot get past the loading screen on the world map. I tried reinstalling already both sim and scenery. The default KEWR seems to load fine.

Did you try exiting and restarting the sim?
yes, as well as restarting the pc. I am suspecting its something to do with the streamed packages or the addon being incompatible.
Ok, I just loaded the Max 8 at Terminal A gate 8 in 2024 running SU2 on PC. What platform are you flying?
I am on PC MSFS 2024. I think it’s something on my end then… Back to troubleshooting!
Not sure if this is relevant or works in SU1, but try zooming all the way in on the airport, like to select a Gate, then zoom out before launching a free flight. Saw that mentioned on some thread, not sure which. Worth a try?

If it’s something you bought in the MS Store, you can navigate to your installation folder and find the StreamedPackages folder. Inside there find the folder for that airport and delete it.
For good measure go back up to the installation folder and find SceneryIndex folder. Go into that and Select All > Delete.
You could also delete the ROLLINGCACHE.ccc file (you would need to set the size again if you made it bigger than 16gb).
And it may be worth deleting Content.xml file from the root install directory (same place as the others) but this will mean you will need to re-enable any content you set to “stream” so leave that until another test.
Remember to also Empty the Trash Basket after you delete files.
Try setting TLOD to 10 (in addition to zooming all the way out before trying to start the flight.) If that gets you in, you can immediately set it back to whatever you had it at.
