VPN worked for me out of Bris if you have one.

Yes, of course and I have been in contact with Zendesk that suggested some of the things I’ve been trying as they seem to have helped others solve their issues. Also, it seems erratic as some have problems, others don’t. I’m just a bit frustrated because tomorrow I’ll be in a real A320 simulator and I wanted to practice a few scenario’s in the sim. In fact I took an extra day off, only to find I cannot start the sim.
Try using a free VPN and connect to a different server, that has worked for a lot of folks.
I can authenticate fine, but it gets stuck in 0% Loading language.
Did the same, at least i know its not my end! But, on the other hand this shouldn’t be a problem that we’re having in the first place!

I live in Singapore and I never got this issue (started a flight about 1.5 hr ago which is still ongoing) for MSFS2024. But I have heard many people having it and they all seem to be living in the US

2020 is working for me as usual in western Australia. But not 24.

I tried that - a server in Europe - didn’t work. Well, we’ll just have to wait it out. At least it isn’t a problem with my end..
I am from Shanghai, China, and this shabby MSFS has seriously affected my user experience and rights.
Starting from around noon today (local time in China), I have been unable to log in to msfs2020. Every time I log in, I receive the following two error messages:

Just got kicked from 2020 loaded back in and now there’s no online services. 24 still won’t load either. What is going on
