Brief description of the issue:
Item trying to purchase after clicking either ‘Buy or Buy & download’ just flashes up the card details pop up before saying another transaction is pending followed shortly by saying in my notifications that the transaction failed. My card details in my MS account are correct

It happens on every item I tried to purchase. There is a topic on this on MS troubleshoot but it is the usual very generic troubleshoot steps, non of which are relevant
