As the title says, for some reason I cannot move any files from the folder. I can only delete them. I get this popup message when I try to move the file. I have this lock icon on the community folder too. Its not on any other folder on my pc. I have the Windows Store version of MSFS. “My organization” is myself, I built the PC. lol Only have had this appear recently.

I assume you have ms store version? This installation a little bit wiered, since it installes flight sim into an directory where you do not have permissions per default (This is also true if you use “run as administrator”. But you can get permissions, just google how to set directory and file permissions in windows.
You should be able to COPY the folders. After this you might then delete them.
Zip (pack) files or folders and move

You have to use the Aerosoft Installer to delete or move those files - most likely because it’s a symbolic link.
Are you running the sim on a work computer? If you’re on a home computer, you should have automatic admin rights for just about everything.
I do the same.
