Another possibility is the SU version. If they are running the latest SU4 Beta, that might be an issue. As I mentioned, I am running the current official SU3 release of the PC Store version, not the SU4 Beta.
There are other threads that speak directly to SU4 Beta bugs, that might reveal if this is one of them.
Can confirm Iām having the same issue on PC in SU4 - might want to open a SU4 bug report for this one.
Also, for the record, Ctrl+E seems to do the trick even though none of the visible configurations of the aircraft are changing.
Yeah, Iām on SU4. Thatās probably whatās going on.

A different subject, but my control E seems to have stopped working in MSFS 2024. I havenāt a clue, nor the patience at the moment to try to figure it out. Whack-a-mole, again! Iām just going to enjoy flying my CAP-4 for awhile, before tackling this one!
Same issue here, following the checklist and recommendations. The only way to start is with CTRL+E. (ms-store, SU4)
I havenāt yet - about to give it a try in 1.6.31.0 to ensure that the bug persists in the current build and if it does Iāll open one and share a link here for visibility to those with the issue.
