Cannot tune COM1, immediately reverts back to 118.275

I don’t know when this started, but I suspect it started when the last “update” to MSFS wiped out the community folder and I had to re-download the entire sim from the store again.

Here’s what’s happening: If I try to tune into a standby COM frequency, it immediately grabs the active frequency and puts it where the standby frequency used to be.

I’ve noticed this happens in the C172 and I just noticed it in the B748. I’m currently in flight from LPPT to LEPA and I cannot use VATSIM to talk to ATC.

Here’s a video of the bug in question in the B748:

Anyone else having this issue recently? I’m stumped.

Are you on Steam or Microsoft Store version?
Store version

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?
No

PC specs and/or peripheral set up of relevant:
Ryzen 7 3700x
RTX 3070
16 GB RAM
Logitech X56 HOTAS

It’s possible the update enabled the virtual copilot for the radios. Make sure it’s disabled.

Is that what AI Radio Communications (ATC) in Assistance is?
