Since the most recent update, I have not been able to access the Content Manager. The little circle appears in the center of the screen and just goes round and round and never connects. Can someone give me a hint on how to troubleshoot this? Thanks!
Did you buy from Steam or the Microsoft Game Store?
I have the same issue. In my case something in the community folder is causing this problem. If I want to access the content manager, I close the sim, rename the community folder and restart the sim. Not ideal and very time consuming but it works.

You may want to log out of the store and then sign back in.
