ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: After trying to update the Grumman Albatross in the library on 2025-08-25 the download hangs.
Cancelling, uninstalling and trying again don’t help. Why? Because the download (fs24-microsoft-aircraft-grumman-albatross-2.2.1.1.part) will contain this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><Error><Code>BlobNotFound</Code><Message>The specified blob does not exist.
RequestId:de6e1ae7-301e-0037-39f9-15482d000000
Time:2025-08-25T19:51:18.0952076Z</Message></Error>
This means that there are two problems:
- Content that is advertised is not actually available for download. Error in the deployment pipeline?
- There is no error handling for MSFS to detect an issue and notify the user.
I figure this file will be available soon, but it’s still another unreliable part that was introduced with SU3 and never stabilized.
