When you install from DVD’s and activate the first time, it turns the DVD code into a digital MS Store code. Future installs will show in the MS Store app, but install from the Xbox app. Assure the MS Store & Xbox app are signed in the account you used when you first activated the DVD’s.
The DVD’s are only used on first install.
