When you install from DVD’s and activate the first time, it turns the DVD code into a digital MS Store code. Future installs will show in the MS Store app, but install from the Xbox app. Assure the MS Store & Xbox app are signed in the account you used when you first activated the DVD’s. The DVD’s are only used on first install.

Are you still not seeing MSFS in the MS Store Library or in the Xbox app Library?
