Can't get Passengers to board

Hi,

I saw in the Trailer animated passengers boarding the aircraft via the jetway,
But when I do a flight I can’t get them to board. Is this just me or is it a bug?
If it is me please can someone explain how to do it?

I know the default 737 can do it. Just tune to ATC, then Ground Services, Request passengers boarding. The bridge or stairs should attach, then you’ll see them walking onto the aircraft.

Some of the smaller jets can also do it such as the Visionjet. I don’t think any of the Inibuilds can though.

shame that the inibuilds can’t do it, I thought they could because in in the trailer it shows passengers boarding the a330.
