Can't install a purchased plane from MSFS content

I’ve had great difficulty getting my Xbox app on my PC working. I’ve purchased an item within the MSFS content. It shows that I own it but I can’t download it within MSFS. I then tried to install it using My Xbox app but it was completely useless as it froze and did nothing (in fact I had to close it using ctrl-alt-del - task manager). I tried both the repair and reset options which got ticked but still nothing worked! I’ve just uninstalled and reloaded the app but, this time, it immediately shuts down! Urgent help required to get this working properly. Can anybody help?

As a follow up, I also posted this same query on the XBox community help page. I received a response from one of their agents asking various questions about my system. Unfortunately, I couldn’t easily find the information requested but I did locate my system information on one screen. (It was the only information I could find, but didn’t specifically state my current Windows set up) I don’t know why he wanted this as Windows automatically updates on my system.

Microsoft, in their ‘wisdom’ have made the information uncopyable so I had to take a screen shot of the info to transcribe to text so that I could respond, (Why does MSoft make life so bloody difficult to answer the simplest questions?)

Unfortunately, during this process I lost the link to the original response and, so far, I’ve been been unable to respond (I don’t normally use Edge - it’s utter ■■■■ - so I’m now stuck until I can get a response from this forum.

Good morning, I have reinstalled the mfs2020 and now my ATR 72/42 does not appear, I have purchased it but now it does not appear in my content and it asks me to buy it again.
