Week before it worked fine - today i got error - already tried and uninstalled game, after reinstallation same result, cant start - on launch error 0xc0000142

Now after reinstalling MSFS i have only the smaller file installed (about 2 gb) because i cant enter the sim to launch download of main files (117 gb)
Did you update the apps in Microsoft Store?
Of course,everything including windows is updated…it worked a week ago

I have the same issue. I couldn’t launch the game past the opening (Paris scenery) screen. Had the white spinning wheel in lower left corner of screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled game from Store, got the first install file downloaded and then launched game. Back to same screen and same problem. Uninstalled the first file. Reset the Store. Tried to reinstall game and now the first file starts download and then stops with an error.
I’ve run this game since last August and had everything working perfectly until the last recent Windows and Game update. Any help appreciated!

Ok here’s the fix…i had to uninstall, then install but instead on my ssd T partition, i had to choose initially x partition with hdd…The after staring msfs, i had to choose location to download the rest 111gb of msfs and then i could select my t partition on ssd.!!!
What if I have just one drive?
