Can't launch Sim. Tried to Reinstall, Get Error Message

I can’t launch the sim or the reinstall. After clicking package dependency installer (two), I get the following message.

I had the message before I did the reinstall too.

I’m logged in with the right account. This just happened a couple of hours ago, and I can’t get past it.

I’ve tried repair, reset, and I’m about to delete every file associated with this sim and start fresh.

Can anyone help?

thanks for that. I ended up doing a reinstall of Windows and everything’s fine now. Took 14 hours, but well worth the wait.
