as described i cant log out / cant play offline / cant access manual cache. Windows 10 XBOX-Gamepass Version
i already downloaded areas into the manual cache!
i have assigned both apps, MS Store and XBOX App to Offline use on this PC.
i disabled online functionality.
To turn this mode on, you will need to launch the simulator with an internet connection first. From there, you can activate this mode and play offline in the future.

I seem to be having the counter opposite of what you are.
For weeks now I haven’t been able to connect to any servers or play online with “live” weather and players. My internet connection is completely fine, but my MSFS on an Xbox series S has stopped connecting to anything live play.
I’ve reset, signed out of my Microsoft acc so many times but still nothing. I also can’t connect to the store in MSFS. No idea what happened but it’s making my gameplay less enjoyable as I prefer live..
