Usually hitting V and then expanding it will make it move to second monitor. But for an unknown reason that wont work out any longer. I even restarted the sim without a result.

Try resetting all the icons in the toolbar.
The only way I can move the map to a new screen is by clicking on the center icon at the top right-hand corner of the map. Once you select the icon you can drag it to any screen.

That works for most of the popup windows but it makes the vfr map disappear on mine
