Hi, did i miss something? I used to press R alt + mouse click to create a popped out window of my gps that i could reposition in a different monitor. Is this feature gone? Ive tried the “popout manager”, which does not seem to work
Pop out’s still work, both natively in the sim and with MSFS POPM.
It is possible that your monitor configuration (within Windows) has changed which gives the impression that pop outs aren’t working but really they are going to a monitor that doesn’t exist.
Give these steps a try;
• Set the sim to “Full Screen”
• Load to the airport
• Pop-out the screen you wish
• Press ALT+ENTER to go to “Windowed” mode, NOTE: do not press anything else or move your mouse
• Press ALT+ENTER again
This should bring the pop-out screen back to your screen, in front of the main window.
Hi, thanks for the reply. I tried that, but to no avail. It’s weird, previously when I held R alt and hovered over a screen, the cursor would turn into the little magnifying glass with a plus sign letting me know I could pop it out. Now the mouse cursor arrow turns into a hand whether or not I’m holding R alt, and the pop out action won’t happen. Grateful for any advice!
Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I have run into the exact same problem and can’t find a solution. I would appreciate any advice you could give.
Hello, eh sort of… the only thing I could find was resetting msfs settings (buried somewhere in the settings menus). This deleted all of my control bindings, so was pretty frustrating, but it did fix the problem. Better than a fresh reinstall I think. Let me know if you can’t find that option if you decide to do it and I will try to find it again!
The OP is referring to deleting their cloud save data which there is a Zendesk KB for.
Before you go that route, ensure you try this method.
Give these steps a try;

• Pop-out the screen you wish

Oops yes, thank you for clarifying, that is what I did. Couldn’t remember the exact terminology! Agree it’s worth trying less invasive options first.
