I see no option to request pushback from ATC.
In MSFS2020 it was under ground services.
All I see is 3 options in MSFS2024
- Request Fuel
- Request passenger boarding
- Go back to clearance.

Hi @higher77 ,
Thank you for this report. We’ve moved your topic into the User Support Hub.
The Bug Reporting Hub is for posting suspected or confirmed bugs that other users are able to reproduce without duplicating an existing bug report. Using the template or providing all the relevant information about your bug and sim setup is required in order to provide valuable information, feedback, and replication steps to our test team.
If you are not sure if your issue is a bug or need further input from the community, please use the User Support Hub category. If the community can replicate your issue, first search the Bug category to see if there’s an existing topic. If it already exists, contribute to that report. Duplicate bug reports will be closed.
If you believe it is a new report and no duplicate exists, then create a new bug topic using the provided topic template.
All issues caused by or involving third-party addons/mods should be reported to the third-party developer. Assure that no addons/mods are used when reporting issues in Bug Reports.
Try Shift-P
It is still under ground services. Check if you have the scroll bar in the options, depending of the size of your ATC window you may have to scroll up:
I just don’t have that option.
I have only tried with the SF340…and if I use ALT-P I then get an option to stop pushback even though no pushtug appears.
If I use keyboard option (Shift-P), the nose of the AC rises, and I can then see these options for pushback. But no tug…and no pushback happens.
Prior to that, these are the only options under ground services.
Did the same test as you with same result. Looks like an issue with that particular aircraft. When you spawn at an airport, there is no associated tug vehicule on a side so that is why there is no pushback option in the ATC window.
KMCO Gate 48:
You could create a bug report for it, using the provided template.
If the nose is rising, it sounds like you still have the wheel chocks in place. Been there, done that.
Don’t think so because if I hit Shift-p again the nose falls down.
Plus, the regular options for pushback appear after Shift-p.
But no push, as I said before…and then I can’t even power back.
