"Hallo, meine MFS 2020 Premium Deluxe Version funktioniert nicht mehr. Das Spiel “will” immer 4 Updates installieren, die Fehlermeldungen (0x87AF000B und 0x80070003) generieren .
Bei zwei dieser Updates handelt es sich um “Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Desktop Runtime Package” und “Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 UWP Desktop Runtime Package”. Hier bricht der Download sofort ab.
Eine Deinstallation oder Neuinstallation ist ebenfalls nicht möglich.
Begonnen hat das alles mit dem Versuch mein “Saitek Flight Yoke System” zu verwenden.
Hinzu kommt, dass meine App MS Store auf dem PC nicht mehr installiert ist. Genauso wie die App XBox. Der MS Store startet nur noch, wenn ich mein MS-Konto aufrufe und dort meine bezahlte Version von FS 2020 starte.
Wer kann helfen - ich möchte den FS 2020 komplett deinstallieren. Dann neu aufspielen.
Wo bekomme ich die fehlenden Updates (Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Desktop Runtime Package und Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 UWP Desktop Runtime Package) her, die derzeit angeblich nicht verfügbar sind?

i had issue updating the gaming store on windows yesterday. update did not work in windows.
this helped:
Open Registry Editor
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE → SYSTEM → CurrentControlSet → Services
Remove the GamingServices and GamingServices.Net
Restart Computer
Go to your Windows Store → 3-dot-menu → Downloads and Updates → Check updates
Gaming Services should install now without issue.
Double check by rebooting and going back to Windows Store and trying to Get Updates again - you should be Up to date.

I have taken the proposed steps, but there has been no improvement.
Strangely enough, the apps (system and features) also lack the entries for the flight simulator itself and also the one for the MS Store?
So I can’t uninstall the FS2020 Deluxe at all and then make it a new installation.
Is there a way to uninstall FS2020 manually? Is there a way to install MS Store manually?

sorry have no idea at the moment. windows is strange sometimes and gives lots of headache, burns your time often.
do a search in the forum. there are many many users and usually each issue you have, somebody else had in the past.
