I’ve just downloaded the new update from microsoft store and each time i try to run the simulator, it opens the microsoft store!
Have you followed the installation instructions?
I’m in the same boat. Wanted to fly. there was a 23 Gb update. CTD after hitting continue once the download was finished. CTD every time after that. nothing in the community folder. Ran Windows update. checked for updates in Xbox and the store. nothing available. rebooted the machine. I get the picture of Paris then CTD.

Reboot your pc also check windows update. There was a small kb released on the same day.

Also CTD on start up for me too. Nothing in community folder. Game simply crashes after the load bar reaches about 80%
Yep. I guess I should have run the Windows update again after the MSFS update. Weird it wasn’t there before. I was able to get in and update the dev mode and all my content. But then it was too late to fly so I won’t know till tonight if all is well again.
