Can't shutdown ATR

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

I can’t seem to get the ATR to shutdown. I cut the fuel and have even shutdown all the electrical systems but the props keep spinning. I’m unable to end a flight because of this.

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Spawn with ATR on runway or spawn at parking spot and go through startup procedure

  2. Set condition levers to fuel shutoff, turn off all electrics

  3. Props keep spinning
