Hey guys sorry maybe my question is mega stupid.
I can’t understand why can’t I simply tune on these DME only stations, they look like a square on the map. I tune my radio but I can’t get any readings! No bearing and no distances.
For example: HDR station or WFJ station in alps.
Little Navmap offers me these stations as VORs all the time but I can’t use them! It makes a game a little bit unplayable for me now.
Hey! Thank you for your answer! I was flying Daher TBM 930! I did see these three letters (WFJ) in my radio as I switched to the frequency but no readings!
Could you tell me please where is that DME button?
And one more question - can I somehow exclude these stations from littlenavmap flight planner?
I would like to fly old analog planes like community’s DC 3 and this plane probably don’t have DME option.

This is ridiculous! I mean this is a huge bug or huge error in the game so why don’t they fix it?
I’m gonna try a Garmin mod but as i said I’m more focused on flying without GPS at all and I’m looking for analog planes that support DME. Or I’m gonna just ignore DME stations.
Yes I know these station types but the problem is that little nav shows WFJ as VOR station. You can see the difference only in a game. That means I don’t need little nav actually. I’m gonna plan my flight in the game avoiding the DME only stations.
This official DC6 plane is very nice as well I’m gonna buy it maybe. I hope it can use DME!! Otherwise I would flip out. Why don’t they repair it with a patch?

P.S.: And I guess DC3 doesn’t see DME distance. I didn’t find this function in the cockpit.
Haha yes I can fly some aircraft with GPS pretending it’s not there theoretically but it feels a little awkward) I’d prefer something without GPS at all, it brings this authentic feeling. Can you tell me please how did you update your nav data? Is it hard to do?
Hey I wanted to thank you for your help, mods worked for me, glass cockpit plane gets nice readings from DME now. And DC3 from community platform ist a little broken. The radiocompas needle doesn’t point on VORs and NFBs as it should. It points very imprecise:)
