I looked in where its supposed to be but I cant find where to turn off the hud in external view. I watched a video and went where he said and the option is not even listed.

Welcome back to the forums! There is a new area of the forums called Community Support where people help each other with questions like this. I have moved your question there.
I’m not in the sim at the moment, but I remember the internal and external HUD options being in Options/Assistance Options. If someone doesn’t get the right info to you by tomorrow, I’ll take a look at it then and get back to you.
