I’m looking to better model the Caravan’s startup sequence.
IRL, ITT will light-rise-peak and then settle to operating temperature.
In the sim however, it just rises to operating temperature and that’s it.
I’ve seen the Black Square Caravan do this, so it makes me think it’s possible, but I can’t find anything in engines.cgf that would seem to get me there.
Anyone know how this might be accomplished?
All Turboprops that have a better ITT simulation than default are using custom coded sections mostly in the interior.xml or behaviour.xml for this. You most likely will not accomplish this by just changing parameters in the engines.cfg.

Yup, looks like Panel.xml is handling the G1000.
There’s some IF/THEN type logic from my first look, so I’m suspecting I might find success here. Thanks again.
