Description of the issue: Cargo/payload weights in Career flights do not match the weight in the preflight briefing.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time a Cargo Transport flight is flown in Career mode.

Select any Cargo Transport flight (light or medium, freelance or employee)

Observe the weight assigned in the preflight briefing

Observe the weight in the actual aircraft

MEDIA
Preflight weight - 3,190 pounds
“Passengers and cargo” weight in preflight does appear approximately 3,000lbs or so
Aircraft app on the EFB shows the aircraft empty (this is the case both on the ground prior to departure and once departed)
Payload shows 140lbs - presumably the weight of the First Officer in this case, either way the management of crew weights is also inconsistent.
