One of my companies is showing a red circle with a white triangle/w exclamation point. What does this mean? There is no further explanation when I select the company and all my aircraft are in good repair.
I do believe that is supposed to mean you have an aircraft that is out of service. Have you done your maintenance checks on all of your aircraft lately?

Go through each aircraft category and check, sometimes even if it looks green there are orange maintenance stripes that dont show up in the front maintenance schedule.
You crashed at least one of your planes in that company. You have to check maintenance each per each and then the insurance will o won’t cover depending on which kind of contract you have.
They worsen the funtion because at the beggining the crashed planes also had the triangle and red dot so that youy could easily go to the to-be-fixed plane

Honestly, o love career mode but I am done until they get the quirks out.
3.5 hour real time flight, and I earn a ‘C’ because of airline procedures and passenger satisfaction.
It’s just too wonky, can never figure out why and the passenger prompts just stop.
Maybe I will stick with cargo until this career mode is ironed out.
