I have done a few medevac flights in career mode, all in the C208. I keep getting penalized on “Medical Procedure Compliance” and am unsure why. I can’t find what exactly this category entails. As best I can tell, its holding the aircraft steady or changing altitude if the medical crew requests it. I’m compliant with all that, and I do well in the other categories. I am getting 20-30% score in this category. It causes me to lose substantial amounts of reputation and get paid only a few thousand credits for a 3.5hr flight when I am supposed to get 32-33k.
The only other thing I can think of is a bank angle that is too steep. The autopilot in the C208 doesn’t seem to obey 1/2 Bank mode, and it banks enough that sometimes the medical crew complains.
As it is now, the C208 is a bit rough on autopilot.
I hope that they will patch this soon.
I tend to hand fly it up to cruise alt. Keep it extremely smooth.
If the medical crew tells you that everything is ok with the patient, and never complain, you should be ok.
The career mode is a bit unfinished, and things can still be bugged.
Yeah, I’m PO’d because I have no idea what Medical Procedure Compliance means. If they mean they want a smoother landing, OK, but I think it is more than that base on what I have seen on my flights.
It’s like nearly all of these ratings throughout the whole sim, they don’t go into any detail on how you are scored, its just Hey Buster, Good Luck and Do Better.

Yeah I’m curious too to know what this score depends on. I never get it very high either.
Basically you just have to keep your bank angle low at all times (use AP Half bank mode, in PC-24 it’s bugged, you have to bind “Decrease Autopilot Max Bank” and re-engage it every time lateral navigation mode changes).
Then at cruise alt you have to keep the altitude and wings level for the medical checks every now and then (first one directly after reaching cruise alt).
This is bugged too so you need to climb 1-2k feet further for the game to understand you reached cruise. Haven’t figured out if you can descent to your right cruising level after that.
With only doing that I now get 100%:

Thanks for your helpful advice. My flight rating on the Pilatus 24 improved from 100%/25%/38% to 100%/100%/83% 
I learned that the big keys were the bank angle and the handling after reaching cruise altitude. Thanks a million!
