ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Every time the Career menu is entered, either from Main menu or after a mission, the yellow pulsing notifications are shown indicating there are new Specializations and Special missions available, even when it’s not true.

- Enter Career menu
2.See yellow notification - Open Specialization menu, exit, note the notification is gone
- Go to main menu and proceed back to point 1.
