I’m experiencing the same “Aviator Performance: G-force Exceeded” bug, but under different conditions:
- Using a Textron Beechcraft King Air 350i
- Flying a VIP Mission in career
The aircraft crashed immediately upon starting the mission.

I’m also facing the same issue specially in Career Mode both in Employee and Freelance resulting massive loss of reputation and credits due to damaged aircraft the need to be repaired. B737 Max, SAAB 340, Cessna Sky Couries are the aircraft where I’ve been experiencing the most difficulty.
This disencourages one from even trying those missions.

Same problem. Happens every time with the C408. Haven’t had the problem with other planes. Originally thought it was related to the plane spawning inside a building the first time I used it, but spawned in the clear on subsequent missions and I still got the error. Maintenance doesn’t help.

Reproduced every time I fly it.

• Aircraft I’m guessing spawned too high and bounced off the ground. Triggers activated before plane arrived causing damage before starting.

I get all three every time I fly the C408 after the update. Stressed before I get into it. Apparently when landing the runways are treated like taxiways. Speeding and comms. And too often gets stuck in a building, just the wing tip but enough to hold you there or crash if you do move.
Same issue as others have reported. Wasted 8 million of ingame credits and $20 of RL money getting this aircraft only to have it hurt my reputation each time I fly it. Aircraft icon missing in the G1000 map as well. TO and VNAV don’t work. What a disappointment. Very annoying being a MSFS customer. Stay away from this aircraft even post SU2
• Exact same issue.
Occurs during aircraft loading screen with cutscene of vehicles leaving the aircraft area and pilot walking toward aircraft and before you take control of your character.
Occurs for medium cargo missions in career mode.
Occurs for all missions flying the Cessna SkyCourier.
Results in performance being penalised at the end of the mission.
Same as per previous comments/screen captures
Occurs in safe mode

• Cessna C408 carreer mode just before the aircraft check on ground this message appears G force exedeed, once i didn’t have it was in south Amrica in an airport at 7000 Ft high, maybe a clue ? i tried an other mission with the same airport altitude and the message appears unfortunately.

• Every mission in career mode with Diamond DA62 doing VIP flights as soon as NPC generates on apron prior to walking to aircraft.
Running Windows 11, DirectX 12, Steam Game Version (Latest Build) 1.4.20.0 I think!! game was re-installed 01 - August - 2025 via Steam so assuming it is the latest build.
It did NOT do this with prior aircraft Cessna 172 G1000 only the Diamond DA62 which was purchased today as it is a fresh profile.

August 2025 and the same issue persists. I have paid extra money for the Premium DeLux version where I get the Skycourier. Microsoft and Asobo Shamelessly take my and thousands (Hundred thousands?) of other peoples money and then they don’t give a Premium Deluxe ■■■■ about what they deliver. This is not the only dysfunctional plane in the sim ofc.
This night I started a 4,5h flight in the PC-24 which constantly turned the AP off for no reason so after 6h it had gone nowhere. Cabin pressure red all the time no matter what you do..
Wasn’t career mode one of the BIG things with MSFS 2024? Still Microsoft can’t deliver it half working. Show me a video where you fly a 90-95% rated VIP Charter mission Microsoft/Asobo!
Oh, I forgot that you do not actually have anyone flying your own Premium Delux ■■■■…

• yes, same “G-force exceeded” warning during cinematic [German UI: “G-Kräfte überschritten”] but with Citation CJ4

• VIP charter mission (LPMT to LOWI), mission restart doesn’t help, the bug returns (obviously the start hight of the plane model is higher than that of the apron)

I posted this error (see above) on January 25, 2025. He didn’t exist before Su1. He first came into the game with SU1 and has lasted. Yesterday I started trying again with the C408 City Courier, and immediately at the beginning after I got from the headquarters to the plane, the message “Aviator performance: G Forcel Extreed” was shown. People just don’t enjoy it! And I pay for a game over € 200 to have fun!
SU3 and this irritating problem STILL exists, I mean really?? Sigh…..

I just started flying the Cessna Courier and I got the same issue… Can’t believe this was reported in January or perhaps even before already and is still prevalent
Yup, and it’s all the more baffling as this was a bug introduced in the beta for SU1 and the whole point of the public beta is to find and fix just such regressions before the SU is properly released…
In any case, I don’t seem to get the bug in the SU4 beta anymore so there’s light at the horizon.

Wow, even just started a mission with the infamous SkyCourier and got no such issue - maybe it is fixed on SU4 [he said with great caution]…
