What the title says. All this you failed 5 hours of flight because something went wrong at the last minute…I get the realism but…for the sake of sanity please put checkpoint saves in. Or the option to go back to approach. Something that doesn’t just say that’s it you’re done and you lost a ton of money. Restart halfway back, you crashed restart the flight, back on track should function if you miss the runway or something like that. How many games have “start at last checkpoint” option…some type of recovery would be greatly appreciated.
I agree with you here if feature like that could be implemented that would be great, i dont mind if a bit of the pay is cut a bit like when skipping, your pay amount gets deducted. Also from an accessibility stand point aswell it could be an handy feature
This is how I truly feel! Career Mode is riddled with bugs—ATC often fails to recognize my landing, fuel calculations go wrong, and hours of flying end up wasted. I just don’t have the courage to attempt flights longer than four hours in Career Mode because I never know what bizarre bug might show up midway and ruin my mission, wasting all my time!
agreed- i did a one hour flight -landed at the airport (dodging the tree at the threshold) and could not brake quick enough on a short runway. Clipped a tree and that was the end - failed.
Totally agree with this. I think making checkpoints and starting mid-air should be included in the career mode, similar to free spawning in the free flight.
The cabin pressurisation (in the Pc-12 & also in the Caravan) bug and the fuel *mis-*calculation bug stole nearly 20h of my life so far.
Never go with the consumption (or even cruise speed) info in the EFB.
I’d be more furious, if I wouldn’t play this game over Game Pass.
Yes, the graphics are phenomenal, but that doesn’t help us much, when basic game function, e.g. saving midflight aren’t available in career.
This way, well never get to fly intercontinental - at least for the sake of our mental health in case one of the many bugs crashes the game or it ends up in a “failed mission”.
We’re here, because we love aviation - for that we get extorted and treated like [insert what’s in your mind].
