Had a similar thing my tire popped at rotate speed, flight went fine and landed the flight completed after landing on the runway but it still passed me for the job

I mapped a button to ‘repair and refuel’ and that got me off the runway. Unfortunately iI did not get to finish the mission due to an unexpected error, but I got that on a previous flight as well, well before landing, so I am not sure that is related…
Found this thread after I had the same issue. After some trying, i got out of the plane, walked to the grass and got the ‘entered taxi/parking without clearance’, then, it gave me the option to skip to parking.

I had the same issue, but i figured out how to slove it. Just shift+c get out of the plane and then walk to the parking slot. You can skip the taxi part and end the misson~

That will not work if you are too far from the parking slot. If you get to far from your aircraft the mission will fail. Ask me how I know.
