Career mode - Insurance question

I have one plane in career mode, a C172.

My insurance on 1/11 was billed correctly, $10700, nothing was billed on 1/12, and $78280 billed on 1/13! What would cause this 7x insurance bill?

I almost had enough to buy a 2nd plane (used) then this happens. Any thoughts on what caused this overbilling of insurance?

Its billed per hour, not per 24hrs. Insurance is messed up at the moment anyways and does not payout. It is best for the time being to just take the lowest level insurance available (especially to bank some credits).
